Saying goodbye is hard. As the world's most caring airline KLM partnered with Schiphol Airport to launch 'Cover Greetings' - the most personal farewell message we could get into an airplane cabin.

The social film generated over 2 million views and was picked up by Huffington Post and The Today Show, without any media support at all.
