Our ad agency was looking for creative interns who understand today's connected world.
So, in order to catch the most social savvy talent, we didn't go for the standard recruitment tactics.
We built 'Insta Intern' - get creative in our Insta Stories and get hired.
The initiative was quickly picked up by trade press. Sharing our call up for interns as well as our social agency profile. And it resulted in a storm of applications. On top of that, our social following grew by more than 100%!
